BROOKFIELD — A 45-year-old Bolton Valley man was arrested for his third DUI following a report of a suspicious vehicle Wednesday night.
The Vermont State Police – Royalton Barracks responded to School House Road at approximately 8:25 p.m. on May 28 after a citizen reported an unfamiliar vehicle parked on their property.
Troopers identified the operator as Christopher Poulen and observed signs of impairment during the interaction.
Poulen was arrested on suspicion of DUI (Third Offense) and transported to the Berlin State Police Barracks for processing.
He was later released on citation to appear in court.
