MOUNT VERNON — A 55-year-old woman with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder has been reported missing after last being seen at White Plains Hospital, according to the Mount Vernon Police Department.
Kelly Soskin was last seen at the hospital on East Post Road in White Plains at 12 p.m. Wednesday, May 14.
Authorities have issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert, stating that Soskin is believed to be endangered and may need medical attention.
She was last seen wearing a yellow turban, orange sweater, black pants with green flowers, black shoes, and carrying a black purse.
Police believe Soskin is traveling on foot.
