RUTLAND — A 35-year-old woman was arrested for her second DUI following an incident in Rutland.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for an observed moving violation on South Main Street at around 11:45 p.m. on October 3.
The driver was identified as Rianna Montville, of Rutland.
Police say they observed indicators of impairment and took Montville into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.
She was transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing and released on a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
