CLARENDON — A 54-year-old man was cited for petit larceny following an incident in Clarendon yesterday.
On May 16, authorities say they were notified that batteries had been stolen from several dump trailers on the property of Big Tex Trailer World.
Following an investigation, police allege that Matthew J. LaFaso, of Clarendon, had stolen at least one battery from one of the dump trailers.
LaFaso was located and issued a citation to appear in court to answer to the offense of petit larceny.
