Nashua teen charged in stabbing incident

NASHUA — An 18-year-old from Nashua, New Hampshire has been charged with five counts of first-degree assault in connection with a domestic violence incident that left a male victim with multiple stab wounds.

Jaiden Baringer was arrested on March 28 after members of the Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded to a local residence for the report of an active domestic violence assault.

Responding officers found the victim suffering from serious injuries and administered first aid before transporting him to a local hospital.

Detectives with the Special Investigations Division later learned that Baringer had stabbed the victim multiple times during the assault.

He was held on Preventative Detention pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough Superior Court Southern District today.

A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years in State Prison, exclusive of fines.
