Police looking for 2 missing vulnerable adults in Exeter

EXETER — New Hampshire police have authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert System.

Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following two missing vulnerable adults:

Kimberly A. Pushard, 51, 5’5” who weighs 164 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Angela Bussell, 50, 5’8” who weighs. 213 pounds. Sh has brown hair, and blue eyes.

Pushard and Bussell were reported missing by the Topsham Police Department, today, February 22, at approximately 12:36 a.m.

On February, 21, they were reportedly driving around the border of Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire all afternoon and were unable to find their way home to Topsham, ME.

Pushard was operating her Red 2012 Jeep Compass with Maine registration 1960VC with Bussell a passenger in the vehicle.

They had contact with Exeter Police Department as well as several other New Hampshire law enforcement agencies who all attempted to give them proper directions to return home, but were unable to do so.

Police say Pushard’s cell phone was last pinged in the Candia, NH, and Raymond, NH area, but it is now powered off.

According to their families, both are intellectually disabled, easily disoriented, have trouble processing information, and are prone to being confused by directions.
