CLARENDON — A 37-year-old man was cited following an incident in Clarendon yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight on Moulton Road at around 8:45 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Winter Holland-Levine, of Clarendon, had physically assaulted a family or household member.
He was released on court-imposed conditions and a citation to appear in court on May 9.
He is being charged with 1st-degree aggravated domestic assault.
