OWEGO, NY — A woman was arrested on a drug charge in the Town of Owego on July 4.
Amanda R. Burris, 25, of Owego, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The charge resulted from a vehicle stop.
During the investigation, Burris was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
Burris was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Owego Court at a later date.
