NORTH TONAWANDA, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help locating a man believed to have a medical issue requiring immediate attention.
Jeffrey A. Turner, 35, of North Tonawanda, was last seen on foot at about 2:55 a.m. in the downtown area.
Turner is a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and of average build.
He was wearing grey shorts and was without shoes or a shirt.
