ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — Police arrested a man on an in-state warrant July 13 at approximately 8:16 p.m.
Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 41, of St. Johnsbury, was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court to answer to the charge.
Abdul-Kareem was lodged for lack of $200 bail.
