LYNDONVILLE, VT — A Lyndonville police officer saw a vehicle pass by that was associated with a wanted person while parked alongside Lynburke Road on July 11.
The car was stopped and the operator, Michelle Verge, 43, of Newark, was found to be the subject of an arrest warrant for failure to appear for a criminal case regarding DUI.
Verge was also found to be operating after criminal suspension and in violation of court ordered conditions of release as to alcohol possession or consumption.
She was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $100 bail.
She was also flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 13 at 12:30 p.m. for the new violations.
