TOPSHAM, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Topsham Corinth Road at approximately 2:23 p.m. July 14 for a dispute involving three people.
During the dispute, Theodore Garrison smashed the windshield of a vehicle and caused a disturbance outside the residence.
Garrison, 62, of Newbury, was located down the road and found to have three outstanding arrest warrants.
When troopers were taking Garrison into custody, he resisted arrest.
Garrison was transported to the Northeastern Regional Correction Facility and held for lack of bail.
He was issued a citation for charges of unlawful mischief, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
