WARRINGTON, PA — A 43-year-old Abington man was arrested at a Sunoco station after police found he was wanted on an active warrant.
A Warrington Police officer conducting a patrol at the Sunoco on Easton Road observed a suspicious vehicle at about 10:37 p.m. July 12.
An investigation identified the operator as Martin Mattox, 43, of Abington, who was wanted on an active Montgomery County Domestic Relations warrant.
Officers arrested Mattox after he exited the store, where he had been playing a video gaming machine.
He was transported to the Warrington Police Department and later turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
Criminal charges are merely allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
