UPPER ALLEN, PA — Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Hemlock Road at approximately 4:25 a.m. Tuesday for a report of an active domestic incident.
An investigation determined that Stephanie L. Cavanaugh, 46, of Mechanicsburg, assaulted a victim at the residence, causing physical injury.
Cavanaugh was arrested at the scene and transported to the Cumberland County Prison Booking Center for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at a later date.
