ARLINGTON, VT — Vermont State Police were called to Stewart’s Shop at approximately 8:27 p.m. July 13 for a report of a suspicious male.
During an interview, police learned the male, identified as Justin M. Redcross, 31, of Bennington, had an active in-state arrest warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge of unlawful trespass.
Redcross was taken into custody and transported to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
After processing, Redcross was transported to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
