BROCKPORT, NY — Police recovered an AR-15-style rifle, three handguns, a shotgun and various quantities of ammunition during the execution of a search warrant July 10.
The warrant was authorized by Monroe County Court Judge Caroline Morrison in relation to a criminal investigation.
Eric R. Alexander, 52, of Brockport, was taken into custody without incident.
He faces two counts of criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the second degree, three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, one count of criminal obstruction of breathing and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Alexander was transported to the Monroe County Jail, where he was arraigned by Judge Grippe and held pending bail of $25,000 cash or $75,000 partially secured.
The investigation remains ongoing.
