PROVIDENCE, RI — Troopers arrested Adalberto Rodriguez, 44, of Johnston, for driving under the influence of liquor and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
The arrest occurred Sunday, July 12, at 2:35 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Heath Street.
Rodriguez was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
