Man arrested on multiple charges in Lake Pleasant

LAKE PLEASANT, NY — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph T. Boscarino, 27, of Tempe, Arizona, on June 30.

Boscarino faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation third degree, speeding, switch plates, forged or switched registration, no insurance and switch or forged inspection.

He was released under bail reform rules and issued uniform traffic tickets returnable at a later date in the Town of Lake Pleasant Court.

George H. Bonin, 27, of Spencerport, was a passenger in Boscarino’s vehicle.

Bonin was arrested on an active Monroe County Court bench warrant for felony DWI, multiple aggravated unlicensed operation charges and multiple unresolved vehicle and traffic charges.

He was transported to the Syracuse area to relay with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office took custody of Bonin and transported him to Rochester.
