EXETER, RI — Troopers arrested a 60-year-old man Wednesday on charges of willful trespass and malicious injury to property.
Asa Davis III, of Exeter, was taken into custody after troopers responded to Estate Drive.
The arrest occurred at 9:30 a.m.
Davis was charged with willful trespass and injury or removal of vegetation or malicious injury to buildings or fences.
He was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
