ROXBURY, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a suspicious incident on Steele Hill Road at 9:56 a.m. July 9.
An investigation determined Jasmine Brown, 22, of Roxbury, was in contact with a protected individual in violation of active court-issued conditions of release.
Brown was arrested and taken to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
She was cited to appear at 12:30 p.m. July 10 in Washington County Criminal Division for violation of court conditions.
