TANNERSVILLE, PA — Police are seeking a man wanted on a felony access device fraud charge.
Damien Velazquez, 25, of Stroudsburg is accused of the offense.
The charge is a third-degree felony.
Velazquez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
