YORK, PA — A woman was charged with retail theft after two separate incidents at stores in West Manchester Township.
Cherie Len Brown, 56, of York, was arraigned July 5 on one count of retail theft, a third-degree felony, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, following a police investigation at Target, 2251 York Crossing Drive, on the same date.
Brown was also charged with one count of retail theft, a third-degree felony, as a result of a police investigation at Lowe’s, 1175 Carlisle Road, on June 30.
Brown is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
