WARRINGTON, PA — A Marcus Hook man turned himself in on charges related to the theft of a pellet stove from a Lowe’s store.
Joseph Lee Martin, 39, surrendered to authorities on May 14, 2026, on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Loss prevention personnel from Lowe’s contacted Warrington Police on Feb. 13, 2026, regarding a retail theft investigation.
Loss prevention reported that on Nov. 16, 2025, an unknown male exited the store at 425 Easton Road with a Master Forge Large Pellet Stove valued at $1,399.
The suspect presented an illegitimate receipt to an associate in the self-checkout area before leaving with the merchandise.
An investigation identified Martin as the suspect.
Martin was arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $100,000 unsecured.
