TROY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested two people on suspicion of DUI following a single vehicle crash on June 28, 2026.
Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway near the intersection of East Hill Road and Searles Road at 1:42 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found one vehicle off the roadway operated by Griffin Marquis, 20, of Derby, and another vehicle on the roadway operated by Cally Sanville, 19, of Derby.
Both operators displayed indicators of impairment and were taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
Marquis and Sanville were transported to the Derby Barracks for processing.
Both were later released on a citation to appear in court.
