Three juveniles arrested for trespassing in Boston

BOSTON, MA — Three 15-year-old males were arrested on trespassing charges Thursday evening after allegedly attempting to climb a fire escape in the downtown area.

Officers assigned to District A-1 responded to a radio call for a breaking and entering in progress at 111 Devonshire Street at about 7:36 p.m. on June 25, 2026.

While en route, officers received information from BPD Operations that three males were climbing up the fire escape in an attempt to gain access to the building.

Upon arrival, officers observed three individuals matching the suspect description in the alleyway next to the building.

The three suspects fled upon seeing officers but were promptly apprehended in the area of 276 Washington Street and at the intersection of Washington Street and Court Street.

Officers did not observe any signs of entry into the building.

Police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile male of Hyde Park and two 15-year-old juvenile males of Everett.

All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court for trespassing.
