MONTPELIER, VT — A jackknifed tractor-trailer is blocking most of both lanes on Interstate 89 southbound near Exit 8 at mile marker 54.
The single-vehicle crash occurred with no known injuries, according to Vermont State Police.
Some space remains available for motorists to slowly pass in the breakdown lane.
Police are on scene.
The incident is expected to last for two to four hours.
