LYNDONVILLE, VT — A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer located a wanted person at a residence on U.S. Route 5 on the morning of June 23, 2026.
Terri S. Maloney-Grant, 53, of Burke, was arrested without incident on a warrant issued by the Orleans Superior Court in July 2025.
The four underlying charges were vulnerable adults – financial exploitation under $500 and false pretenses or false tokens $900 or less (3 counts).
The matter was originally investigated by Vermont State Police – Derby and bail set at $1,000.
Maloney-Grant was brought to the Lyndonville Police Department and then before the court in St. Johnsbury.
