SAUGERTIES, NY — A 26-year-old man faces multiple charges following an incident on Fawn Road.
Christian J. Schlosser, of Saugerties, was arrested at approximately 7 p.m. June 23, 2026, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Schlosser was charged with the misdemeanors of assault in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
While in custody at the police department, Schlosser repeatedly kicked a wall, causing damage, police said.
Those actions resulted in an additional misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Schlosser was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to the Centralized Arraignment Part court in Kingston for arraignment.
