MT. MORRIS, NY — A Livonia man faces felony charges following a domestic incident on June 23, 2026.
Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence on Creek Road at approximately 2:50 p.m. for a report of a domestic incident.
Deputies met with the victim, who said she had been in a verbal and physical argument with the suspect, identified as Matthew Keen, 41, of Livonia.
During the argument, Keen allegedly intentionally damaged property inside the residence and also caused damage to a vehicle.
Sgt. Mike Donals located and arrested Keen, charging him with felony criminal mischief in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
Keen was transported to the Livingston County Jail for arrest processing and pre-arraignment detention.
Keen was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Mt. Morris Justice Finnigan.
The judge released Keen on his own recognizance as the offenses do not qualify for bail under the New York State Bail Reform Act.
The Livingston County Public Defender’s Office represented Keen at the arraignment.
The Livingston County District Attorney’s Office represented the people.
