WEST WARWICK, RI — A Providence man was arrested on multiple charges after state police located a motorcycle on Bald Hill Road.
Wifferson L. Manzano, 29, of Providence, was taken into custody by troopers from the Wickford Barracks.
Manzano was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, first offense; eluding law enforcement, first offense; and driving with a suspended license, fourth or subsequent offense.
He was processed at the Wickford Barracks and released by a justice of the peace.
