NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested early Thursday morning on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop.
Andy Valentine Medina, 42, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody at 4:09 a.m. on Mineral Spring Avenue, according to Rhode Island State Police.
Medina was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, second offense.
He was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing.
Medina was arraigned by a justice of the peace and held pending presentment as a bail violator at Providence Superior Court.
