PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a missing 58-year-old man last seen Wednesday in the city’s northeast section.
Richard Blair was last seen on the 11xx block of Welsh Road, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Blair is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 256 pounds with a heavy build, brown eyes and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a white t-shirt.
Police have classified Blair as an endangered missing person.
