ULSTER, NY — Ulster Police Department made several arrests in early June on various charges ranging from drug possession to driving while intoxicated.
Alyssa A. Coons, 45, of Kingston, was arrested on June 2 for an active bench warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance after turning herself in.
She was processed and arraigned before Town of Ulster Town Justice Flood-Myers and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail to reappear at a later date.
Shannon R. Russell, 33, of Lake Katrine, was arrested on June 7 for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd.
During the course of a vehicle and traffic stop, Russell was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
As a result of further investigation, she was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.
Russell was processed and released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Jessica C. Peters, 48, of Lake Katrine, was arrested on June 7 for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
During the course of a vehicle and traffic stop, Peters was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
As a result of further investigation, Peters was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.
Peters was processed and released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Dakwanti S. Dixon, 32, of Kingston, was arrested on June 10 for an active arrest warrant for petit larceny.
Dixon was located and arrested by the Kingston Police Department for unrelated criminal charges.
Dixon was arraigned before Kingston City Judge Ball and released to appear in Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Cindy M. Smith, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested on June 10 for an active arrest warrant for petit larceny and conspiracy in the 6th degree after turning herself in.
She was processed and arraigned before Town of Ulster Town Justice Kesick and to reappear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Nicholas A. Miller, 27, of East Durham, was arrested on June 12 for an active bench warrant for numerous charges stemming from a failure to comply on Nov. 6, 2022.
Miller was located and arrested by the Village of Catskill Police Department and turned over to the Ulster Police Department.
Miller was processed and arraigned before Kingston City Judge Kirschner and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail, to appear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Isaias G. Guerra, 38, of Saugerties, was arrested on June 12 for the felonies of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years.
As a result of vehicle and traffic stop on Sawkill Road, Guerra was found to operate with a suspended license, as well as in an intoxicated condition.
He was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
Damarius Ramirez-Betrand, 22, of Kingston, was arrested on June 14 for criminal mischief 4th and endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers responded to a residence in the Town of Ulster for a reported domestic dispute.
As result of an investigation, Ramirez-Betrand was found during the course of the dispute to have intentionally damaged an iPad tablet while a 1-year-old child was present.
Ramirez-Betrand was arrested, processed, and transported to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment at Ulster County CAP Court.
