DERBY — A Derby man reported his vehicle stolen from a residence on Nelson Hill Road early Thursday morning, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers received a report from Michael Abel, 42, of Derby at approximately 8:17 a.m. this morning.
Abel reported that someone had taken his silver 2014 Toyota Prius without his consent.
Investigation revealed the vehicle was taken sometime after 7 p.m. on June 17. The Prius was located at approximately 8:54 a.m. on June 18, according to state police.
The incident is listed as “operation without owner’s consent.”
No suspect has been identified, and the case remains under investigation.
