WARWICK, RI — Members of the HIDTA Task Force and Warwick Police Department Special Operations Group arrested a Cranston man on drug charges on June 16, 2026.
Thoeniz Oun, 35, of Cranston, was arrested at approximately 5 a.m. for possession with intent to deliver Schedule II fentanyl and possession with intent to deliver Schedule II crack cocaine.
The arrest was the result of the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation.
Oun was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment and presented as a probation violator.
Johnston man arrested on bench warrants

PROVIDENCE, RI — Members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Johnston man on multiple bench warrants on June 16, 2026.
Robert Hogan, 43, of Johnston, was arrested on three Providence County Superior Court bench warrants on technical violations.
The warrants were for manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I/II originating out of the East Providence Police Department, electronically disseminating indecent materials to a minor originating out of the Rhode Island State Police, and failure to notify as a sexual offender originating out of the Johnston Police Department.
Hogan was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Providence County Superior Court.
Woman charged as fugitive from Massachusetts

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit charged a Smithfield woman as a fugitive from justice on June 16, 2026.
Julie Durning, 53, with last known address of Smithfield, was charged as a fugitive of justice from the State of Massachusetts.
Durning was arraigned at Third Division District Court where she waived extradition proceedings and was remanded into the custody of the Sheriff’s Department pending her return to Massachusetts.

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit charged a Cranston man with drug possession on June 16, 2026.
Dana Gallop, 41, of Cranston, was charged with possession of controlled substance more than 10 grams less than 1 ounce.
Gallop was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $2,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
Man charged with domestic violation of no contact order

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit charged a Westerly man with violating a no contact order on June 16, 2026.
Antoine Knight, 36, of Westerly, was charged with domestic violation of no contact order, second offense.
Knight was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

Justin Frabotta, 38, of West Warwick, was charged with domestic violation of no contact order, third or subsequent offense.
Frabotta was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $5,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
