HAVERHILL, MA — The Haverhill Police Department along with Massachusetts State Police are investigating a motor vehicle crash involving an e-bike that occurred on Amesbury Road.
On June 16, 2026, at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers responded to the area of Amesbury Road for a reported collision involving a motor vehicle and an e-bike.
Upon arrival, first responders located a male e-bike operator in his 50s who had sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash.
The injured party was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
The operator of the motor vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
