DERRY, NH — A 27-year-old man was arrested on felony charges related to child sexual abuse images following an investigation by the Derry Police Department.
Ryan J. Moulton, of Derry, was arrested at approximately 7:25 p.m. on June 15.
Moulton was charged with possession of child sexual abuse images and manufacturing child sexual abuse images, both Class A felonies.
The investigation originated from a cyber-tip to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, of which the Derry Police Department is a participating member.
The investigation was assisted by ICAC members from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department, Nashua Police Department, Salem Police Department, Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department and the Hillsboro Police Department.
Moulton was initially held without bail per statutory requirement and brought to Rockingham County Jail.
He was arraigned on June 16 at the 10th Circuit – District Division Court in Derry, where his bail was set at $500 cash.
The investigation is ongoing.
