SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash late Monday night.
Upper Southampton police responded to the area of 673 Knowles Avenue at 10:36 p.m. May 26 for a report of a traffic accident.
Officers determined the operator, Natalia Koulev, 53, of Pennsylvania, was under the influence of alcohol.
Koulev was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses.
