MOUNT HOLLY, VT — A single-vehicle crash led to the arrest of an Ohio man on a drunken driving charge early Sunday.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a crash on Vermont Route 103 at Packer Road at approximately 12:33 a.m. June 13, 2026.
The operator was identified as William Wahl, 21, of Zanesville, Ohio.
Throughout the interaction with troopers, Wahl displayed several indicators of impairment, police said.
Wahl was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
Wahl was issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court – Rutland Criminal Division on June 29 at 10 a.m. to answer to the charge.
