DELEVAN, N.Y. — Authorities arrested three people after executing a search warrant that turned up fentanyl, methamphetamine and a loaded pistol.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, assisted by multiple law enforcement agencies, executed the search warrant on Cobb Avenue at approximately 10:40 p.m. June 9, 2026, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators found 1 ounce of fentanyl, 2 ounces of methamphetamine, scales, packaging and U.S. currency from illegal drug sales, authorities said.
A loaded .380-caliber pistol was also found in the residence.
Thomas M. Albert, 41, of Delevan, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm in the third degree.
Danielle L. Moss, 31, of Delevan, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Justin Kulczycki, 27, of Machias, New York, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
All three were arraigned in Town of Freedom Court and will appear in court at a later date.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Salamanca City Police Department, Olean City Police Department Street Crimes Unit and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team.
