Two arrested in drug raid in Waterford

WATERFORD, CT — Police arrested two men and seized multiple illegal drugs after executing a search warrant at a Boston Post Road residence.

Members of the Waterford Police Department Investigative Services Division executed the search warrant at 305 Boston Post Rd. on June 9, 2026.

The warrant was signed after a months-long investigation into suspicious activity involving narcotics.

The investigation was a collaborative effort with Connecticut State Police Joint Task Force East Office, State of Connecticut Parole Division, Montville Police Department and East Lyme Police Department.

Police located and seized crack cocaine, cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and pressed pills, in addition to drug packaging and manufacturing material.

Juamaane Ladson, 33, of Waterford, was charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance, five counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and possession of drug paraphernalia while operating a drug factory.

Ladson was processed and remanded into custody by Parole.

Lamar Fluker, 47, of Groton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Fluker was processed and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

Both men are scheduled to appear in GA10 court on June 23, 2026.
