Plane crash at Plymouth Municipal Airport

PLYMOUTH, NH — Emergency crews responded to an aircraft crash at Plymouth Municipal Airport on June 9, 2026 at 4:04 p.m.

Responders located a single aircraft on the runway that had sustained significant damage as a result of the crash.

Two occupants were aboard the aircraft at the time of the incident.

Both individuals were evaluated by emergency personnel and transported to a local hospital with stable, non-life-threatening injuries.

Representatives from Plymouth Municipal Airport and Plymouth Police were on scene and assisted emergency responders throughout the incident.

An additional ambulance was requested from the Campton-Thornton Fire Department to assist with patient care and transportation.

The scene was secured by responding agencies, and no injuries were reported among emergency personnel or individuals on the ground.

All companies cleared the scene at 5:19 p.m.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration.
