Man arrested on retail theft charge in Wilkes-Barre Township

WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a man Thursday afternoon after a loss prevention officer reported he stole merchandise from Wegmans.

Cale William Lohmann was taken into custody at 4:05 p.m. after allegedly stealing $96 worth of merchandise from the store.

Police said Lohmann was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.

Lohmann was previously arrested after being stopped for shoplifting at Target, where he was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
