JOHNSTON, RI — A 31-year-old woman was arrested Friday morning on multiple felony charges stemming from a Cranston Police Department investigation.
Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Carissa Manning, of Johnston, at approximately 8:30 a.m. on June 5.
Manning was taken into custody on an affidavit and arrest warrant charging her with four counts of felony shoplifting and four counts of felony conspiracy.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Manning was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department.
