WILLISTON, VT — A 43-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving charges after troopers observed him speeding and passing vehicles in a dangerous manner.
Troopers from the Williston Barracks observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and passing other motorists in a dangerous manner on Essex Road and Williston Road at 8:49 p.m. May 30, 2026.
The vehicle was stopped without incident, and the operator was identified as Noah Taylor, 43, of Essex Town.
While speaking with troopers, Taylor displayed signs of impairment.
Taylor was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Taylor was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court to answer to charges of DUI second offense and gross negligent operation.
