LEWISTON, ME — The Lewiston Police Department arrested a man on a child sexual abuse material charge following the execution of a search warrant Wednesday.
Scott Bussiere, 56, of Lewiston was charged with possession of sexually explicit material involving a child under 12.
The search warrant was executed as part of an ongoing investigation into the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
The Lewiston Police Department was assisted by the Androscoggin County District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security.
Bussiere is being held at the Androscoggin County Jail.
