FAIRFIELD, VT — Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a crash on Route 36 on May 28, 2026.
The crash was reported at approximately 8:15 p.m.
Michael Marshia, 63, of East Fairfield, was identified as the operator of a 2017 Toyota Camry.
The vehicle sustained front-end damage.
Marshia was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
He was transported to Northwestern Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Road conditions were clear at the time of the incident.
