COLD SPRING, NY — A Silver Creek man was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a one-car crash early Saturday morning.
Jesse E. Bomberry, 19, of Silver Creek, was arrested at 5:12 a.m. on May 24, 2026, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory responded to the accident in the town of Cold Spring.
Bomberry was processed and released with an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.
