GREAT VALLEY, NY — A Michigan man was arrested after allegedly threatening three people with a knife while one was holding a young child.
Jomar E. Alvarado, 21, of Wixhom, Michigan, was taken into custody at 3:09 p.m. Sunday following a complaint to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Alvarado was charged with three counts of menacing in the third degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
Alvarado is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
