WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following a police investigation on West Market Street on Friday.
John David Lynn, 60, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned on one count of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of flight to avoid apprehension and one count of DUI.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred Friday in West Manchester Township.
